Computer Software

The Heat View computer software is a simple and intuitive, yet powerful, interface to the Heat View controllers. This software allows you to connect to a Heat View controller where you can setup and run heating cycles while recording your cycle and then generate a PDF report for your QC department.

This software essentially gives you a 2-in-1 solution where you can both control your heating cycles and also data log the temperatures of your work piece for QC, thus eliminating the need for an external data recorder and extra TC wires.

This software connects to the controller over a standard Ethernet cable. This allows you to run your heat cycles away from the heating console while maintaining full control.

We have designed the user interface to be colorful to quickly indicate if your system is running well or if there are any items that require your attention. We also added an audible alarm for any faults.

We have over 15 different faults for the system to make it easier on you through your heating cycle. We will alert you to items such as a heating pad burnt out, or a thermocouple potentially came loose from the workpiece or if a contactor gets stuck on and so on.
